Pump, Controller and Float Switch are used and in excellent condition. Used carefully, there are no defects. There is some discoloration on pump housing and all parts show some very light general scuffing from normal handling. Float valve is very sensitive to a 2 or so inches of water. Pump starts to draw fully on 3-4 seconds. Totally reliable.
