This is rare in that it is signed "Jeff Keep the Faith Jason Miller" - the lobby 11 x 14 lobby card features a key scene from the film The Exorcist directed by William Friedkin and written by William Peter Blatty and starred Linda Blair.

If you don't want the inscription of "Jeff" , there are restoration companies that will remove inscriptions from most posters such as Studio C. You can google them to find out more.
Lobby card shows typical wear from it's original use in a movie theater - see photos.

insured with tracking and signature delivery (the package will have to be signed for upon delivery) is included for Shipping to continental U.S. addresses only.  As with all of my auctions, items are sold collector to collector. Item(s) are Sold As Is. All Sales Final. No returns or refunds as Items are fully insured for the full amount of your bid in case of lost or damaged mail (if lost or damage mail is the case contact me and NOT EBAY so I can start the process with USPS to resolve it quicker for you).
Lost or damaged mail is resolved through the USPS insurance claim process and not through eBay or Paypal.
Due to eBay's new Management Payment system (I no longer ship within 24 hours) Items are now mailed out within 5 business days after payment is received (possibly sooner if their payment system is quicker than the 3 days it currently estimates as it appears at this time payments will be slower than paypal.  At this time of year shipping delays are possible due to bad weather
