The Christian Brothers Wine Metric Conversion Table Plastic Card San Francisco

This belonged to my late aunt who resided for a while in California. The back of the plastic card has a conversion table in both inches and metric. Photo is of front and back. Listing is for one card. The bottom of the front says "Sale Distributors: Fromm and Sichel Inc San Francisco, California, 94109 4901/77". Measures approximately 5-1/2" long and 2-1/2" wide. I did not locate anything like this on the internet - rare? Great gift for the wine connoisseur to put in a birthday card.
