We choose not to apply for the government certification, be subject to government inspection and pay the high fees required to be "certified organic". As with most small farmers we oppose government intervention into our daily lives. What you get from us is a superior all natural product that has been grown chemical free. We don't put a little sticker on where the government says we are organic.....we actually live the lifestyle....everyday

Hi, my name is Tommie and I own Country Classic Farms. We have been in business since 1982. We live on and operate a farm that has been in my family for over 100 years. We take great pride in the organically grown products we produce and in carrying on a tradition my grandparents started
in 1912, which is: 1) Always treat customers as if they were family, 2) offer fair prices on exceptional products, 3) never try to be the biggest….just the best, 4) Create and or grow every product with care keeping in mind the people that will use it,
5) Treat the land and its bounty with love and respect

We may not always be the cheapest product on E Bay, but we strive to be the best. When you buy from us you are assured that the products you receive are fresh and natural and of the best quality possible. We still use many of the secret family techniques passed down from generation to generation in preparing our products.
For every dollar you spend with us 10 cents will benefit
less fortunate children . For example every dollar we donate to food banks provides 5 meals to people that would otherwise be hungry. We care deeply and hope you do as well and that you will buy from us and direct your friends and family to our listings. We do not advertise in any way except word of mouth as we are a small operation and usually sell out completely each year.

We try very hard to make sure everyone gets 5 star service and product from us. Sometimes things just happen in shipping that creates an issue, please let us know so we can fix it. Many people do not realize that the ratings we receive in the detailed seller ratings effects what we have to pay E bay in fees. ONLY two ratings of 1 or 2 in detailed seller ratings will result in 20% additional fees for 1 year. This means we must increase our prices by 20% to maintain even a small profit. Everyone suffers: The seller; as our sales decrease from higher prices; The buyer as they must pay more for same product and the people in need suffer because we have less to donate each month.

We ship daily Monday thru Friday. Most of our items offer free shipping. The items that do not have free shipping are offered at actual cost of postage plus E Bays fees.

ingredients
8 ounces Dried Prunes
3 tablespoon unsalted butter
3 tablespoon dark brown sugar
3 tablespoon honey
pinch of kosher salt
2 cup Port wine
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions::
ingredients:
2 cup Port wine
instructions:
In a large sauté pan over medium heat, reduce 2 cups port by half.
step 2
ingredients:
3 tablespoon dark brown sugar
3 tablespoon honey
pinch of kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
instructions:
Add 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar, 3 tablespoons honey, ¼ teaspoon ground ginger, ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, pinch of kosher salt.
step 3
ingredients:
8 ounces Dried Prunes
instructions
: Add 8 oz dried Prunes and stir to coat them with the syrup.

ingredients:
3 tablespoon unsalted butter
instructions:
Take off heat and add 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
Serve over Cheesecake, ice cream or try over warm apple pie
