    Description

    Premium dried mixed oyster mushrooms that are grown and dehydrated in our indoor facility with clean room conditions, preventing bugs and other contaminants that are found on wild mushroom that have been collected and dried. A random mix of Blue (Pleurotus Ostreatus), Pink (Pleurotus Djamor) and Italian (Pleurotus Pulmonarius) oysters.
    From our quality cultures, we hand inoculate in our in-house lab, and grow with the utmost care for the best quality possible. Picked at the peak of ripeness to keep the quality locked into every Happy Cap mushroom.
    Rehydrate in water (or your favorite liquid) for 20 to 30 minutes for a near fresh experience. Makes approximately 10 ounces after hydrating.
