The golden beauty of the mushroom world, chanterelles are known for their beautiful yellow-orange color, available fresh only in the summer here in North Texas. Its flavor is a subtle balance of black pepper, butter, apricot, and earth notes.
Chanterelles contain potassium, phosphorus, iron with a high quantity of selenium. This nutrient, which enters into the composition of enzymes with antioxidant properties, is often lacking in our body. chanterelles contain vitamin D which is essential for bone development, E, which protects against premature aging of cells, and K, which promotes blood circulation. Chanterelle mushrooms are picked at our farm in North Texas. Chanterelle mushroom only stays fresh for 3-4 days, so we offer dehydrated chanterelle for longer and easy storage. If you are into fresh Chanterelle, please message us directly for availability, usually starting late June, early July.
