Etc Smartfade 1248 48 Channel Control Console No Power Supply

You are bidding on a Etc Smartfade 1248 48 Channel Control Console. No power supply comes with this item. I plugged it into a universal power supply at 12 V DC 1000 milliamp and the ETC light came on as well as a few of the lights but then they just went off. I’m not sure if I don’t have the right power supply or if this is not working either way I am selling it for parts or repair. This was purchased at a thrift store along with other items that came from a church donation. See pictures for details.
