Description: We produce our soup vegetable blend in house and add a bit more of “the good stuff” than similar products out there.  This is ideal for large outings, personal use, or emergency kits.  The blend contains generous portions of Chopped Onion, Chopped Carrot, Chopped Celery, Peas, and Red Bell Pepper.
Servings: One pound of this blend is equal to about ten pounds of fresh vegetables.
Shelf Life:  This product as packaged (heavy duty poly bag) will last up to two years stored away from heat, sunlight, and moisture.  It does not need to be refrigerated.
