    ***  KING  BOLETTE-(PORCINI) from Mt. of Eastern Oregon***
    This is for 8 ounces of dried King Bolettes,  These are all a # 1 grade with most all of the gills removed before drying.   These are all from the 2021 season.   I don't like leaving the gills on its not the part of the mushroom I keep.  Some due for the added weight.
    8 ounces of dried Bolettes would be about 4 PLUS pound of fresh mushroom..   These are growing natural in our forest here in the late spring.  They are a prized mushroom that chefs like to use.  Can be used in stews, pasta, meat types of dishes, can be ground into a powder for seasoning salt if wanted.    Used in soups,  a lot of the can soups you buy will have these in.
    You can rehydrate these in warm water or milk un till tender for cooking.  Takes about 20 minutes to do this.
