    I primarily sold to one local sous chef* for the past 15 years.

    A portion of my annual gleaning were sun & screen dried each year, and like good  whiskey,
    batches were set aside to be aged for 10 & 25 yrs. This to assure quality for the lean  years.
    My friend has retired and moved to Alaska recently and too my time here is nigh ....
    This is my last 25 yr. batch and has been air-tight sealed during that time.
    These last removed this past week, put into a double bag and boxed for shipping.
