Engine only, no controls, however used controls are always available. This engine has a standard right hand rotation lower unit. Cosmetically, the engine is in decent shape with scrapes, paint flake and scratches. Corrosion consistent with use in a saltwater environment. Power trim and tilt functions well. The engine is sold as is and you are encouraged to have the engine surveyed anytime prior to purchase.
