100% Dehydrated Ginger slices.
5 grams ( 1 sm Mylar bag )of dehydrated ginger slices handcrafted by me. I began making this because my Doberman always got car sick whenever we went out of town. The veterinarian offered us a prescription but we decided to try ginger slices about 30 minutes before we left. Ginger works wonderfully!
There’s a good reason why you instinctively reach for ginger ale whenever your stomach feels off. It’s because of the ginger in it!
Ginger is a well-known tropical plant (Zingiber officinale) whose root is used in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Herbal Medicine. The most common use is as an anti-nausea and anti-vomiting supplement, but it has also been used as an anti-inflammatory.
Not only is good for vomiting and nausea it also helps keep your dog from flatulence!
Ginger should not be used in pets that are known to be allergic to it, or in pets with a known bleeding disorder. It should be used cautiously in pets with gallbladder disease and in pregnant or nursing animals, as safety has not been established.
